Charles Derblay is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Glasgow, United Kingdom. He is a registered member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants and the Mauritius Institute of Directors. He has worked on several large infrastructure projects in Mauritius, notably the Victoria Urban Terminal, a first of its kind Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project.

Shailend Mohon is an Industrial and Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the execution of infrastructure projects in accordance with FIDIC Conditions of Contract. He counts more than 13 years experience working on a broad range of water and wastewater infrastructure projects

Jyelvarnen Soobrayen is a seasoned Finance Manager with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has a track record for managing financial operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. He also has a deep understanding of insurance policies and financial guarantees required when performing infrastructure projects.
